I'M MONICA.
Only a few years ago, I would have described myself as "unreliable, at best" when it came to habit formation.
I could keep up with the habits for my responsibilities as a mom, when I was a teacher, and for my church and community committments.
But, when it came to my own habits--from sleep to journaling--for YEARS I never seemed to be able to form habits that stuck.
I blamed myself.
I thought I simply wasn't "motivated" or "disciplined" enough.
Thankfully, I learned the truth about myself and habit formation had nothing to do with ME--it had everything to do with the methods.
I'm ready for other women to shift from blaming themselves to better supporting themselves. I hope you'll take a little bit of time to join this free class, so you can do just that.
What class attendees are saying . . .
Alissa
"The concepts you introduce are not commonly discussed, for a multitude of reasons--but you were brave enough to not only believe in them but share them. This opened the door for anyone ready and willing to listen; especially those like me who were finally ready to make a change but really didn't know how because no solution or concept ever seemed to fit before. So thank you."
Rachel
"I have so many feelings after listening to this . . . I do feel like we have to support ourselves in bigger ways. Thank you."

"I think you have figured out the gaps!! So refreshing to understand I am not the only woman struggling with getting habits to stick. This was very enlightening . . . Thank you for your research!!"
